Assault : Minahan v. Hill. — Defendant appeared, and said the matter had been settled out of Court. — Hia Worship said, this being the first case before him in this Court, he would allow the matter to pass j but he should wish it to be fully understood for the future that, in all cases where an informatioa had been laid, the charge could only be withdrawn before and by consent of the Court.
