Drunkenness.— Wffliam Hornsby, J. S. Johnson, C. Pleownings, and Margaret Condron were dealt with for drunkenness. Habitual Dbunkakd.— Patrick Mullally, charged with a third offence against the laws I of sobriety, was ordered to pay 20s. and I costs, and also to undergo three days' imi prisonment. Vagkancy.— A charge of vagrancy against i Margaret Coadron dismissed, accused . pvomisnng not tp trouble the Court for the future. Stray Cows and Pigs —Elizabeth "Ryan , neglected to appear on a charge of Permitting i four cows to wander on the Military .Reserve on November 24, and a sow to stray in the same locality on December I.— Warrant ordered to issue. Assault.— John Pinlay was charged by John Jervis with assaulting him, by striking htm on tha face with hia clenched fist on November 30— Mr. Joy for complainant.
