MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS.
A. meeting of the shareholders of the Eureka Goldmining Company was called for last evening, by F. Hewin and J. Dickey, to consider the present working of the company's ground. The proceedings were strictly private, about fifteen shareholders being present. It was resolved that t vo of their number be deputed to go down and examine into the working of the claim, inspect the works, and report to a future meeting.
