NOTICE is hereby given that by an, order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, made the 14th day of May, 1870, JOHN CAMPBELL MEID, of the Thames, Miner, was ADJUDGED a 1 BANKRUPT under the Bankruptcy Acts, 1867 and 1868, and that a MEETING of the CREDITORS of the said Bankrupt, called the First Meeting, should be held at the office of the Provisional Trustee in Bankruptcy, at the Supreme Court-house, Auckland, on SATURDAY, the 21st day of May, at 12 o'clock noon. Dated this 14th day of May, A.D. 1870. A. BROCK, Wyndham Chambers, Solicitor for the said Bankrupt.

FILED in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland aforesaid ; and notice is hereby further given that the said deed is intended to take effect as a Deed of Arrangement under the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, and to bind all the Creditors of the said Henry Solomon Meyers, including those who do not execute or assent to the same.
