ARRVIAL OF THE AIREDALE.

The C.S. Royal Mail s.s. Airedale, Captain A. Kennedy, arrived at the wharf, Onehunga, at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday last, being detained at the Bat, which was crossed at 7 a.m. The Airedale brings a full cargo and a number of passengers. The following i 3 Captain Kennedy's report of the passage :—: — Sailed from Otago on the up run at 4.30 p.m. 7th instant, arriving at Lyttleton at 4 p.m. on the Bth, having been detained by foggy weather,; landed a lai-ge cargo, and sailed again a 16.30 p.m. on the 9th, arriving at Wellington at 9 a.m. on the 10th. After coaling, sailed at 2 o'clock on Wednesday morning last ; arriving at Picton at 7 a.m., and at Nelson at 3.30 p.m., on the 11th instant. Took on board a number of passengers, and sailed at 6 p.m. on the 12th, arriving at Taranalu at 8 a.m. on the 13th. Landed and took on board a large cargo, and sailed at 7 p.m., arriving as above.
