No doubt one great aid to a ready compliance with the Act will be supplied when there ia a conveniently, situated, properly-built kerosine warehouse and bond combined, the rates charged foi storage in which are moderate ; and we are glad to believe that such a warehouse will before long be at the service of our merchants and traders.
