POLICE COURT.— Wednesday. [Before James Naughton, Esq., J.P.]
Drunkenness. — John DonneJl, John Pepper, George P. Hudgson, and Alexander Chaplain were charged with being drunk, and were punished in the usual manner. Habitual Drunkenness.— Elizabeth Lynch w»s charged with being drunk. Having been sentenced no less than nine times for the same offence, his Worship inflicted the full penalty o£ three months' imprisonment upon her. Obscenk Language. — Elizabeth Lynch was also charged with using obscene language. She pleaded guilty, and was fined 20^., or to suffer seven days' imprisonment. This concluded the business.
