MINERS' RIGHTS.
To the Editor of the Dait-t Southe*n Cbosb. Sir, — Can you inform your numerous readers whether the regulation restricting the number ti miners' rights held by one individual to six is still in force ? There being no mention of any limit in the ne-n rules and regulations for the goldfields, presuming that the said rules ought to contain, all necessary information without leaving anything. as implied by previous knowledge, the apparent inference is that the rale (which Reems to be quite unnecessary) is not now in force. — I am, &c, U PIGGKB.
