SOIREES. WELLESLEY-STREET SUNDAYSCHOOL.

The anniversary soirge of the Wellesley-street Sunday-school was held last evening in the aohoolroom adjoining the chapel. There was a crowded attendance, including the teachers and several of the older pupils. ... , The Rev. P. H. A serious loss had been sustained by Mr. Carson having left for Wellington. The advance^ Bible class continued to meet, and a teacher w*s wanted for it. The infant class, under Mrs. Munday, had been successfully conducted throughout the year. The report concluded by saying that the balance-sheet would show a prosperous state of things in a monetary point of view.
