ARRIVAL OF THE RANGATIRA. The s.B. Rangatira, Captain Seymour, arrived yesterday afternoon in the Manukau from the Southern provinces, with Southern, Sydney, and Melbourne mails. She left Wellington at 10 a.m. on the sth April, and arrived at Whanganui at 8 a.m. on the 6th; left Whanganui on the Bth ;. arrived at Taranaki at noon on the9fch; left at 5 p.m., and arrived at Onehunga at 3 p.m, on the 10th. Experienced strong westerly galea from Wellington to Wbanganui. Remainder of passage, light winds and thick raiDy weather. Passengers : Saloon — Mrs. Seymour and child, and D.A.C.G-. Dunn.
