TO OUR SUBSCRIBERSIN consequence of the new stamp arrangements which would otherwise iuipwM * serious tax upon our subscribers, we have made arrangements, as far as practicable, for the proper delivery, by land and water, of the paper, thxuugh cur agents in the various districts and settlement*. For settlements on the coast we have made arrangements which we trust will be as expeditious as the mail can be ; and we hope our subscriberi may have no cause to complain of delay. At all events, we can assure them no efforts shall be wanting on our part to rectify, as much as possible, what otherwist would be felt t« be a very irksome imposition by the Legislature. We annex a list of our agents in the various localities, and trust our subscribers will take an early opportunity of communicating any irregularities which may occur in deliveries in their respective districts. TO OUR SUBSCRIBERS IN THE WAIKATO SETTLEMENTS. WE are glad to be able to assure our Subscribers in the Waikato settlements that arrangements have now been made for the prompt and certain delirery of both the DAILY SOUTHERN CROSS and WEEKLY NEWS newspapers, to our Agents at the various settlements, on arrival of each steamboat ; and we trust, therefore, as there should be no cause for irregularities in delivery, that our constituents will take an early opportunity of communicating with us should any such occur.
