To th» Editor of the Daily Sobthxbn Crow. - Sib,— A» the letter o£ "Citizen" in youra of today miut (as mine ii the only licensed house in Vulcan-lane) refer to my house, the Queen's Ferry Hotel. I beg to inform "Citizen" that my house has always been open to the visits of the police as other houses are, and that, if he has been witness of any breach of public ordinances or public decency in the vicinity of my house, he did not do his duby as his name implies, or he would have called the attention of the police to [the fact, who would no doubt j have saved " Citizen " the trouble of troubling yon, John Robertson, March 27, 1867.
