The Customs receipts to-day amounted to £642 Bs. sd. Messrs. Jones and Co. sold several pieces of land to-day. Allotment No. 100, parish of Maungakaramea, 80 acres, sold for 21s. per acre. Two lots of section 8, suburbs of Auckland, sold at £14. Allotment No. 54, parish of Mangapai, 47 acres, sold at Bi. 6d. per acre. Allotment No tl 44, suburbs of Teimaterau, county of Marsden, 10 acres 2 roods, s.'ld for 58<i. 45 acre*, parish of Maungakaramea, 365. per acre. Allotments 90, 125, and the south-
western portion of allotment No. 90. parish of Mangapai, 203 acres, sold at 7s. 6d. and sa. 6d. per acre. Four lots of nuWivision of lofc Ho. 1, parish of Wangarei, sold for £55. Four loti at Mount St. John were sold for £207. An allotment in Welling-ton-street, with a house and stabling, was sold or £100.
