ODD FELLOWS' SPECIAL SETTLEMENT COMPANY.

A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of the Company will be held in the Odd Fellows' Hall? on WEDNESDAY Evening, August 29, 1866, at 7 o'clock, for the purpose of reconsidering the Rules and Articles of the Association, previous to the Company being registered ; and also to consider certain new Rules and Articles necessary to enable the Company to meet the requirements of the Joint Stock Companies Act. NOTICE is hereby given that the WEEKLY CALLS of the Shareholders for the Quarter terminating October 30, 1866, will fall due on the 7tb, 14th, 21st, and 2Sth of August, 1866 ; also on the 4th, 12th, IStb, and 25th September, 18G6; and on the 2nd, 9fch, 16th, 23rd, and 30th October, 1866. Shareholders who have not paid their Weekly Calls for the quarter terminating the 31st July are required to do so at once, at the office of the Comi pany, Victoria-street East.
