The Cuatoms receipts to-day amounted to £376 12s. 2d. v _ The piece of land, with frontages to the Karangabape Eoad and Upper Queen-street, was offered lor ■ale to-day by Mr. S. Cochrane. Allotments from 16 to 24, fronting the Karangabape Road, told at follow:—No. 24, £5 18s. per foot; 23, £5 145.; 22, £57«; 21, £5 ; 20, £4 16s. ; 19, £417». 6d.. ; 18, £417 a. 6d. ; 17, £4 155.; 16, £4 17s. od. No. 15, fronting Liverpool-street, £2 10s.; 14, £1 15i.; 13, £2 2s. ; and lot 13a, without a frontage, £37 10s. Lots 1 to 5, fronting Queen-street, with the choice of the back lots in Lit erpoolttreet, were not sold. Lot 6, in Queen-street, sold for £5, and the back allotment for £2 10s. The allotments in Graftou Road wex* not told.
