ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF BAY 0^ ISLANDS. * ______ ( ' IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled the Regulation of Elections Act, 1858, I, Robebt CtAPH_M Barstow, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the twenty-seventh day of January, 1866, issued under the hand of his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an ELECTION will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve is a MEMBER of the HOU3B of REPRESENTATIVES of New Zealand for the said Electoral District, and that the NOMINATION of Candidates will take place at the Court House, Russell, on MONDAY, the fifth day of March, 1866, and that the POLL (if necessary) will -be taken on WEDNESDAY, the fourteenth day of March, 1866.
