POLICE COURT.— Saturday.
DRUNKKNNESS., Elizabeth Macintosh, Richard Philips, and Mary Robinson received the usual sentence for this offence, And seven day*' imprisonment additional, it having been the third time in which each of them has been brought up within the last three monthi.
ASSAULT. John Wall pleaded guilty to having aisaulted Mr. S. W. Simpsqa at the North Shore, on the 18th initant, and was fined 40a. and cotti, or to undergo 14 days' imprisonment.
/>I3ERTER. William Pike pleaded guilty to being a deserter from the 12th Kegiment, aDd was , ordered to be handed over to the military authorities This concluded the busmen.
