This match (the second of the season) took place on Saturday last, the 3rd iiist. , on ths cricket ground, Kapanga, Coromandel. It was glorious weather. Some little difficulty was found in meeting with home one willing to undei"take the somewhat tedious duty of scorer, but Mr. Lawlor rery kindly undertook the task, he being unable to take a more active part in the sport from the fact of his suffering slightly from the effects of a fall which he had when returning from Kounedy's Bay on thejoccasiou of the receut ino^uestheld there.
