WOOL REPORT.

The sales closed on December 7th. The accounts from the north report an active market for the Season, with all the manufactories well employed, and operatives in full work. There have been a few inquiries in the London market for good Sydney fleece, but the satisfactory prices ranging at the last sales for this description induces holders to quit all at these sales. The dealers in London are, therefore, without stock, the London market will be moie scantily supplied with stock than at any former period — unless a large import of the new clip conies forward for the March sales.

Latest prices for Consols, 92$ to .93. The exports for the month still continues heavy. In soft goods, wrought leather, shipments of beer, harness, and candles, very light.
