TTNDER and m pursuance of the powers vested in LJ the Superintendent m that behalt by the Regulations for the sale, letting, disposal, and occupation of Waste Lands oi the Ci own within the Pi ovrace of Auckland, in the Colony ot New Zealand, issued by his Excellency the Governor of the said Colony with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, on the fourteenth clay of the month of May in the year 1856, I do hereby appoint, and do notit) the same tor general information, that the following allotments of thf said Waste Lands shall be offeicd to sale by Public Auction, l>y the Wabte Lands' Commissioner ior the said Pro\lnce, at the upset prices placed opposite theieto ipat the Mechanics' Institute, on MONDAY, the hist day ot June next, commencing at the hour of eleCen o'clock in the forenoon, subject to the several terms and conditions of sale in that behalf contained in the Regulations aforesaid.
