More Releases in Spain (Received October 28. 7.40 p.m.) MADRID, October 27. Cabinet has conditionally liberated 264 political prisoners, including Rafael Henche, Mayor of Madrid during the civil war, also Teodomiro Memendez, one of Spain’s best-known Republican Socialist deputies. Both were serving life sentences.
