1 lb. lean beef, i lb. fat bacon, 1 breakfastcup of breadcrumbs. Salt, pepper, a little spice, or 1 dessertspoon of Worcester sauce, 1 egffPut the beef and bacon through the mincing machine and mix with the breadcrumbs and seasoning. Bind with 1 egg, tie in a floured cloth, and boil for two hours. Coat with brown breadcrumbs when cold. Final details were planned at a recent meeting of the Y.M.C.A. women’s auxiliary for a “A’ictory Fair”, to be held next week. There \vill he cake, produce, plain and fancy, flowers and sweets stalls.
