The Russian Government has <tnnotineed that it is publishing 50,0 th) copies of the United Nations Charter, to assure its distribution in every language of the U.S.S.R. „ , r . A booklet on the statutes of the International Court, and a brochure on the Russian ratification of the Charter, are also being published. The Associated Press says observers believe that .these publications are further evidence of the Russians’ desire for continued worldwide co-operation between the Allies.
