CENTRAL AFRICAN COUNCIL
(Received October 19, 8.30 pan.) LONDON, October 19. • The establishment of a Central African Council was announced by the Secretary of Stale for the Colonies. Mr. Oliver Stanley, in the House of Commons. It will cover Southern Rhodesia, Northern Rhodesia and Nyasalnnd. and its general function is to lie to promote the closest contact and association between the three Governments concerned.
