JAPAN’S NEW CONSCRIPTS
(NEW YORK, October 17. A Dome! broadcast, has been picked up announcing that Japan has lowered the conscription age from. 19 to 1:7. The Office of War Information points out that the Japanese reckon a child’s age as one year at birth. Therefore this means that the conscription age is now 16.
