LOWER HUTT AMATEUR ATHLETIC CLUB
The annual meeting of the Lower Hutt Amateur Athletic Club was held recently. Tlie president, Mr.- A. Marshall, expressed his gratification nt. tlie eluii's activities over the past season, and congratulated Hie winners of t.be various trophies and provincial championship titles. He also thanked Hie retiring committee for their good work during tlie season, mid expressed Hie b(-p<? Hint tlie coining season would, see a further improvement in the status of Hie eluli. Officers elected were:— Committee. Miss L. liosoman. Messrs. F.' S. Ramson. C. J. Dorrian, Wood. Diblcy, aud D. Brailov: treasurer, Mr. J. Stapleton; sceretarv. Mr. J. F. Instone; club captain, Mr. N. t’laycr. Manv members who competed last year will again be active, and several new members have already been enrolled. The opening meeting of Hie club will be held at- 6.."» U p.m. on Ylouday, November 6, at Hie Hutt Recreation Ground.
