U.N.R.R.A. AT SYDNEY

SYDNEY. September 28. Headquarters of U.N.R.R.A. in the South-west Pacific will be at Sydney. This has been announced by the de-puty-director, Mr. Lithgow Osborne, who is an American, and one of whose main tasks heite is to recruit (10 young Australian officers for U.N.R.R.A.'s international staff. The officers chosen are to be not more than 25 years of age and trained in nursing and medicine or experienced in military camp administration. He has found much talent available.
