New Giant Bomber. The New York “Herald Tribune s” San Diego correspondent says that the U.S. War Department has authorized the Vultee Aircraft Corporation to announce that Hie name “Dominator” has been selected for the new long-range giant heavy bomber, the 832, details of which have not been disclosed. Study of Soviet. An official committee has been set up in London under the aegis of the Foreign Office to consider means of ensuring that adequate facilities exist in Britain for the study of the Russian language, arts, science and history and generally for the study of the Soviet institutions and forms of political economy and social organization.
