We know that Germany has no more reserves to stem the rising Allied tide in the west.” The 8.8. C. today stepped up its service for France. The slogan for all transmissions was: “Victory is on the march.” Last night was a gala night in Moscow, says the British United Press correspondent: in the eapit;:!. The Russians celebrated the big victories in Rumania and the freeing of Paris. The people stood in the streets and cheered when the fall of Paris was announced.
