Tour In New Guinea By Ti-H'iirniih Press Assn -I’m'iyrigul .1 (Received August 24, 11 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 24. Sir Howard Florey, professor of pathology at Oxford University, and one of the discoverers of penicillin, has completed a tour of army hospitals in New Guinea. He has been lecturing to medical officers on the employment of penicillin. He will arrive in Australia in a few days and is expected to spend three months here. Sir Howard is visiting New Guinea find Australia at the invitation of the Commonwealth Government. Interviewed at Madang, he deprecated what lie termed the “tendency for the public to regard penicillin as a cure-all.”
