Importance Of Greymouth (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, August 21.The importance of Greymouth as an outlet for coal and timber supplies from the West Coast was stressed at a meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Board today, when a resolution was adopted urging the Government to give consideration to the establishment of an all-weather port there. The board supported the Westland Progress League in its claim for a deep-sea harbour at. Greymouth, stress being laid on the inconvenience being caused to various parts of the Idominion when vessels became bar-bound.
