SUDDEN ILLNESS
While attending a meeting.of the Publie Service Association of New Zealand in Wellington on Thursday night, Mr. Frank W. Millar, the secretary of that organization, suffered a stroke, and had to be removed to the Lewisham Hospital. Mr. Millar, who is well known throughout New Zealand in connexion with the work of the association, formerly held a responsible position in the Education Department, from which lie resigned to take up secretarial duties with the association. Mr. .Millar, who resides at Overtoq.n Road, lias two sons overseas with the Armed Forces.
