BOYS’ INSTITUTE HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
The “city camp” for boys, which has been arranged by the Boys' Institute for the coining school holidays, ( has proved in the past to meet’ a community need. The idea behind the camp is to provide suitable recreation under expert guidance for boys whoso parents are away from home during the day owing to addition responsibility brought about by war conditions. The secret of success in past “city camps” was that those in charge of the programme set out to provide what all normal boys are looking for—good, wholesome amusement, trips into the country, the opportunity to pursue hobbies and sports, talks bn travel and adventure, und above all companionship. At the same time the institute has relieved parents of all anxiety and lias kept the boys out of mischief.
