CHINA READY TO JOIN IN SECURITY TALKS
CHUNGKING, May 31. China will be glad to send 1 a representative to Washington to discuss with the United States, Britain and Russia the formation of an international organization for maintaining post-war security, stated the Vice-Minister of J oretgn Affairs. Mr. K. O. IVu. lie added: “Our Government under President. Chiang Kai-, shek has alwavs been an advocate of an international organization for collective security. e heartily endorse Nli*. Hull s proposal.’’ . _
