APPEALS DISMISSED IN SALMI CASE
Dominion Special Service. AUCKLAND, February 18. The appeals of Mr. H. Brickman (owner), S. McGreal (trainer), and R. W. Shaw (jockey), against the disqualification of six months impostjd on them by the Matnmata Judicial Conmiittee in connexion with the running of the horse Salmi at the Matamutn meeting on February 5, were dismissed by the Auckland Dist riet Committee today, the decision of the Matamaita committee being endorsed. Mr. Jlriekman also appealed unsuccessfully against the disqualification of Salmi.
