POLISH PROBLEM
Reporte’d Rebuff To Mr. Churchill (Received February 18, 1.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, February 17.
According to diplomatic advices received in Washington, the Kremlin rebuffed Mr. Churchill's recent appeal to deal with the Polish Government in London on the boundary question, says the “New York Times.” However,' Mr. Churchill, undiscouraged, is going to make another appeal to Moscow along the same lines.
The Polish question is regarded in Washington as the real test of post-war prospects.
