REPORTED DISMISSAL OF GERMAN GENERAL
LONDON, February 15. The Finnish newspaper “Ussi Sound,” reports that General von Kuechlcr, the German commander on the' .Russian northern front, has been dismissed because. of his failure to stop the Russians’ Leningrad offensive. He is reported to have been replaced by General Model.
