Pleading not guilty in the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday, to four charges of theft, Basil George Knox was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Further charged with failure to comply with the terms of Ills re.lctlscon probation in Christchurch on June 7, 1913, Knox [.leaded guilty and was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment.
