Mr. J. Elliott. Auckland, a member of the Government Railways Superannuation Board, and a member of tin* Railways Appeal Board, will leave Wellington for Christehurch today. The Rt. Rev. Monsignor A. J. Mcßae, Chancellor of the Archdiocrse of MC»lington, and secretary to Arclibishop O’Shea, has been appo.nfed to the Kilbirrie parish in place of the late Father M. Gridin. Mi J . Frank Milner, rector of IVaifaki Boys' High School, has tendered his resigiiat’Un to the Waiiaki High School Board of Governors. Mr. Milner has now completed 47 years of teaching service. He has held the rectorship of iVaitaki for 37 years.
