(Received February 13, 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 12. Exploratory discussions on post-war aviation are expected' to take place in Washington soon between Britain. America and Canada reports the “New York Times.” Subjects for discussion will include whether international aviation is to be open to partial or full competition, what rules shall regulate traffic, what type of international authority should administer it, also the question of whether the United States should be entitled to the commercial use of military airfields built on foreign territory. The “Times” says that Britain and America seem' closer together than do other constituent's of the British Commonwealth either with the United States or'Britain. Australia and New Zealand at the Canberra conference took “a surprising stand”’ when they declared that air services using international air trunk routes should be operated by an international air trans-port-authority.
