ESTONIAN GOVERNMENT STANDS BY
LONDON, February 8. Members of the 'Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic Government are now in Leningrad, ready to move into Estonia in the wake of the advancing Red Army, states Reuter’s Moscow correspondent. They arc maintaining contact with the Estonian guerrillas behind Narva. ■ \ ' Leningrad radio reported today that Russian bombers heavily raided Riga, and seriously damaged the airfield, and again raided Tallin.
