Italian Ships Held By Spain (Received February 9, 10.20 p.m.) LONDON, February 9. It is confirmed in London that three. of ths 14 Italian ships detained in Spanish ports have alreacy been released, reports the diplomatic correspondent of “The Times.” Negotiations about the others nrg progressing satisfactorily in Madrid. The detention of these ships was one of the unneutral acts of which the British and American Governments lately complained. ____________
