Dominion Special Service. WANGANUI, February 9. The first quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court iu Wanganui for 1944 will open next Monday. The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) will probably preside. Four criminal cases have been listed for trial and there, is one civil action to be heard before a jury. The sitting is likely to last a week. Three originating summonses will come before the Court, one involving interpretation of a will, and the others questions under the Family Protection Act. Thirteen undefended petitions for dissolution of marriage have also been set down,'six of which are motions for a decree absolute.
