(By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Special Correspondent.) LONDON, January 18. Lieutenant-Colonel E. Marsden, New ‘Zealand Director of -Scientific and Industrial Research, has arrived in London. He is visiting research establishments of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research and also the defence services to ascertain the latest developments. He is also studying aspects of technical questions connected with post-war aviation and post-war reconstruction in relation to' British industry. Lieutenant-Colonel Marsden will see the latest Radar equipment. He spent one month with the Ngjv Zealaud Forces in the Pacific and another month in America pnd Canada en route to England, where he expects to remain for three months.
