MURDERED IN FRANCE
Nazi Manpower Chief (Received September 29, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, September 29. The German radio says that Dr. Ritter, chief of the German manpower organization in France, was assassinated in Paris today. Ritter was shot by several terrorists on leaving his home.
