EDUCATIONAL PROPOSALS
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 28. The President of the Board of Education, Mr. Butler, who io visiting various parts of the country to hear views on the Government’s educational proposals stated at Newcastle that his tour was part of a democratic procedure which would be of the utmost value in det<rmiiiing tile final plan. He added that if the present plans were delayed they would be lost in t*he welter of demobilization problems. He welcomed the co-operation of industry, and said that industry was beginning to realize that it. could not solve its problems
