ANNIVERSARY PARTY
Support For Nursery Funds
The Seatoun branch of the/Women’s National Reserve held an enjoyable social afternoon recently to celebrate its 22nd anniversary. Proceeds were for the Residential Nursery in Owen. Street, where children are cared for while their mothers are in hospital. Mrs. Lancaster and Mrs. Coglan welcomed the guests. Mrs. F. Porter, who gave a short talk on nursery affairs, stressed the necessity for further support. Mesdaines T. and W. Coventry. Mrs. Fellows and Miss Isbister • entertained with songs and recitations. The birthday cake, made and donated by Mrs. G. Arcus, was won by Mrs. Collins, and afternoon' tea was provided by the- members.
