How Service Votes Were Cast Analysis of the services’ polling for the 76 European electorates discloses the following distribution of votes among the Parti Lab7ur 38,622 National Democratic Labour .. 4,887 All others 3,096 A total of 71,399 service votes was cast. The Labour Party received a majority of service votes except in 18 electorates. These were Riccarton, Remttera, Stratford, Rangitikei, Kaipara, Egmont, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, Waipawa, Waitomo, Christchurch North, Waikato, Pahiatua, Franklin, Hnuraki, Clutha, Manawatu, and Central Otago.
