There was a good market tor -store hoggets. Dairy cattle were in demand. Range of prices. Fat wethers, nrimest, 48/10, 44/4; good to 41/4; fat medium two-tooth ewes, 40/4, fat medium ewes, to 36/4; fat hoggets, n-rimest 40/-; ffood, to 30/7; fat blackface, to’36/4/ Store sheep, wether hoggets, best, to 26/3.; b.f. hoggets, to 24/6, ewe h< Dairv’ cows. I to £ll/5/-; heifers, to £ll IS/-: fat bullocks, prime heavy Holstein, £2l/17/6 to £25/17/6 (well over schedule rates); good heavy bullocks, to £l9/-/6, fat heifers, prime heavy, to £lo/17/b. Hereford fat cows, to £lO/17/0.
