SUPPLIES OF HONEY

Distribution To Grocers This Month

IMr. R. F. Fraser, Acting-Director of. Internal Marketing, states that a further distribution-of honey has been made to grocers in Wellington city and suburbs this month. There will not be sufficient for every family, but supplies will be available for families with small children and for elderly persons who have not as yet received a supply. “Further distributions of similar quantities are expected to be made to grocers for the next few months,” said Mr. Fraser. “It should be possible for every family with children to have at least some honey. It must be clearly understood, however, that this method of distribution is operating only in the n ellington and Auckland city and suburban areas.” Mr. Fraser added that members of the Grocers’ Association had co-oper-ated splendidly in seeing that the honey went into those homes where it was most needed.
